We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who understands that every call is an opportunity to serve, guide, and build trust. If you’re someone who thrives on helping people, staying organized, and being part of a strong, supportive team. This could be the perfect fit!

We follow the PSC (Plumbing Sales Coach) approach, which means:

* No pressure sales tactics
* No rushing customers off the phone
* We focus on understanding the problem, showing empathy, and guiding customers to the best next step.

You are the first impression of our company and that matters here.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Answer inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
* Follow a structured call process (we train you!) to guide customers the right way
* Identify urgency and help prioritize scheduling
* Set clear expectations so customers feel taken care of before we even arrive
* Work closely with our service manager and plumbers to keep the day running smoothly
* Accurately enter job details into our system

What We’re Looking For:

* Strong communication skills!! You know how to connect with people
* Ability to stay calm and in control of a call
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Positive attitude and team-first mindset
* Coachable and open to feedback and training
* Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
