This project included a full flight of steps, a gutter runoff drain system, regrading along the side of the home, and a natural stone retaining wall to tie everything together.

This spring, we got a panicked phone call about water pooling on a pathway and making its way toward a home that had experienced flooding issues in the past.

Not a problem.

We removed the existing retaining wall, installed a French drain system, and rebuilt the wall to improve both drainage and appearance. The result is a long-term solution that redirects water away from the home and protects the property from future issues.
