Beat the heat and save energy this summer!

Raise your thermostat a few degrees when possible and make sure to replace dirty/clogged filters so your system runs efficiently. Use smaller appliances instead of the oven to keep extra heat out of the kitchen and remember to close blinds during the hottest times of the day.

The Canoochee EMC Foundation Program is proud to announce the 22 students from our local high schools who were awarded scholarships this year. This achievement would not be possible without the generosity of our members who participate in Operation Round Up by rounding up to the next dollar on their monthly electric bill.

This year also marked a special milestone as the Foundation awarded its very first Lineman Scholarship. With this year representing the largest number of scholarships awarded, the Canoochee EMC Foundation is honored to help support and promote the continued education of these bright students while also investing in the future workforce and continued growth of our communities!
