We have initiated a comprehensive renovation of this master bathroom. Yesterday marked the beginning of the demo phase for this tile-intensive bathroom. Notable progress was made by removing the vanity, jet tub, and a significant portion of the tile shower, in addition to capping the copper pipes. Our plan for today includes demolishing the tile ceiling and floors, followed by electrical rerouting.

New shades and lighting fixtures were installed on the deck last week, allowing the owner to comfortably utilize the space without being hindered by afternoon sunlight.

The mobile home renovation has concluded, evidencing a dramatic change. When the project began, the floors in several sections were found without OSB and in some cases down to the joists. Through meticulous ex*****on, the team successfully installed OSB, drywall ceilings, LVP flooring, and cabinets, bringing the project to a state of readiness for appliance installation.

Kitchen cabinets have been successfully installed in the mobile home. The plan is to complete the flooring installation today, thereby fulfilling our scope of work and preparing the site for the next phase with other contractors.

Sneak preview of the floor installation and cabinet fitting. The cabinets presented a challenge, needing three attempts at installation due to wall irregularities, but the crew successfully completed the task.

The mobile home's ceilings underwent texturing yesterday. Today's objectives include the installation of cabinets and flooring, after which our tasks will be finalized, paving the way for subsequent contractors.

Our bathroom remodel work is done, and the results are stunning. The owners are now patiently waiting for glass for the shower and fixtures for the tub and shower. This bathroom has been transformed into a peaceful haven for relaxation.
