🔨 Cabin Remodel Update! 🏡

Ben put his God-given skills to work building a custom coffee/microwave cabinet and a trash cabinet for this cabin remodel! We are excited to see these pieces installed and watch everything come together.

We will be applying a coat of primer to both cabinets before the owner paints them. Today they’ll be transported to the cabin and installed in their designated spaces!

It’s exciting to see the custom details coming together and know that these pieces will add both functionality and character to the finished space. Stay tuned for pictures of them installed! 🛠️✨

🏡 Cabin Remodel Update!

Yesterday was spent mudding and sanding drywall throughout the cabin. Drywall is a process that takes time and multiple steps to get the smooth, finished look we want! We are hopeful that by tomorrow or Monday, we’ll be ready to start texturing the walls and ceilings. Every step brings us closer to the finished product!

☕ The kitchen coffee cabinet is almost complete! Our team plans to finish it today, and we can’t wait to share pictures with you tomorrow! This built-in coffee bar is going to be a great addition to the cabin.

Remodel Update! 🛠️🏡

It’s been a busy couple of days on this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom short-term rental remodel! The team has been hard at work building the trash cabinet, mudding drywall in several rooms, and tackling unexpected water damage by removing the damaged ceiling drywall and installing new drywall.

Today’s Goals:
🔨 Continue mudding and sanding drywall throughout the unit.
🚿 Meet with the plumber to install washer lines, replace shower faucets, and run plumbing lines for the new Onyx shower in the master bathroom.

Every day brings us one step closer to transforming this space! We’re excited to see everything come together as this remodel continues. Stay tuned for more updates as we bring this rental back to life! 🏡✨

Cabin Remodel Update!

A lot has been accomplished behind the scenes of this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom short-term rental remodel! Progress continues as we work through the details that will make a big difference in the finished space.

⚡ Electrical has been installed for the fireplace and TV above it, and electrical has been relocated in the bathrooms for the new vanity lights. The laundry closet has been drywalled, and the team has been hard at work sanding the ceilings to remove the popcorn texture.

Today’s goals include continuing to sand the ceilings, taping and mudding drywall, and finishing the installation of the new exterior door.

Every day brings us one step closer to transforming this rental into a refreshed, modern space! We’re excited to keep sharing the progress as this remodel comes together. 🏡✨

🔨 Cabin Remodel Progress Update! 🏡

Another productive day on this 2-bedroom, 2-bath short-term rental remodel! Yesterday, the team installed drywall for the master bathroom wall, framed the laundry closet, and ran electrical for the laundry area, fireplace, and future TV location.

Today’s goals include continuing the electrical work, taping and mudding drywall, and meeting with the plumber to go over the upcoming bathroom updates. The master bathroom will be getting a beautiful Onyx shower, while the other bathroom will receive updated fixtures.

Every day brings us one step closer to transforming this cabin into a refreshed, updated space that owner and future guests will love! Stay tuned as we continue to make progress on this exciting remodel! 🛠️🏡

🔨 Cabin Remodel Progress Update! 🏡

Yesterday was a productive day on the cabin remodel! The crew worked on framing walls, installing drywall, and meeting with the owner to go over the specific details of the remodel to ensure everything is coming together as planned.

Today, the team will continue installing drywall on the newly framed walls and run electrical for the fireplace, TV, and newly built-out laundry closet.

Progress is being made every day, and we’re one step closer to bringing this cabin remodel to completion! We’re excited to see this transformation continue to take shape. Stay tuned for more updates as we work toward the finish line! 🛠️✨

Day 1 of demo was a success! 🚧

The crew made great progress on this 2-bedroom, 2-bath short-term rental remodel. Carpet and linoleum were removed, along with the toilets, vanities, and tile tub. We also removed the door to a coat closet and will be installing drywall where the doorway was to transform this space into a built-in coffee bar in the kitchen! ☕️

Today, the crew’s goals include:
🔨 Sanding the popcorn ceilings
🔨 Building the new wall for the master bathroom
🔨 Building a laundry closet
🔨 Closing up the former closet doorway

There’s a lot happening in this remodel, and we’re excited to see this space continue to transform! Stay tuned for the progress. 🏠✨

Today we have the honor of beginning the remodel of this 2-bedroom, 2-bath short-term rental! 🏡🔨

This one is going to be a BIG transformation! Our team will be installing all-new flooring throughout, removing the popcorn ceilings and applying new texture and paint, installing a new exterior door, and completely updating both bathrooms with new showers, vanities, and toilets.

The kitchen is getting a great upgrade as well, including a built-in coffee bar and beautiful butcher block countertops. ☕️

And one of the most exciting changes—we’ll be cutting out a portion of the living room wall and installing new windows! 🪟 This will completely change the feel of the space and bring in even more natural light.

We’re excited to see this project come together and can’t wait to share the transformation with you! Stay tuned for updates as we turn this short-term rental into a fresh, modern space ready for its next guests. 🛠️✨

That’s a wrap on this condo!

The painting and lighting upgrades are officially complete, and this space is ready for the owners to come back and enjoy. The fresh paint and new lighting have made such a beautiful difference!

But we’re not done yet! 👀 Be on the lookout next month as our crew returns for the next phase of this transformation. We’ll be installing all-new flooring and painting all of the baseboards, crown molding, trim, doors, and closets.

We can’t wait to see this condo come together when the final transformation is complete!

The painting and installation of the new lighting were completed yesterday in this condo! 🙌

Today, the team will take care of the final touch-ups, install the outlet and light covers, and finish by arranging the furniture.

The entire crew has worked hard to get this project completed quickly and efficiently while making sure the details are just right. We’re excited for the owners to come back and see the transformation!

Another project nearly complete and another space ready to be enjoyed! 🏠✨
