It's hard to think about winter when it's this warm outside, but the dry weather is a good opportunity to get property work taken care of before conditions change.

Take a walk around your property and think back to last winter. Were your ditches or culverts packed with debris? Did vegetation get out of control over the summer? Are there areas along the driveway or around the property you've been meaning to clean up?
