ELEGANT PAINTING

A few days on the ladders, and this Kirkland home is freshly painted.

These homeowners have called us back for more than 10 years. It means a lot to keep being trusted with their home.

We kept their custom colors, matching them in Sherwin-Williams Emerald Exterior, and applied two coats with backrolling on all painted surfaces.

A look at the prep and the finished job, three days apart. Thank you for having our crew back!

Seaworthy looks right at home in Union Hill.

For this Redmond project, we carried Sherwin-Williams Seaworthy SW 7620 across the fireplace wall, mantel, and lower paneling. The white ceiling and natural brick give the deep blue some breathing room, while light and shadow bring out the molding.

Thinking about color drenching? Our new article takes you inside this project and a home in Woodinville’s Polo Club, with practical advice on paint, sheen, and preparation.

📍 Wrap-Up Day: Exterior Painting in Kirkland, WA
We are putting the final touches on a beautiful residential exterior right here in Kirkland. The photo shows Hector, one of our dedicated team members, finishing up the detailed trim work to ensure every edge is sharp, clean, and fully sealed against the elements.

On a home like this, the final details make all the difference. Our process centers on patience and doing things right from start to finish:
Meticulous Trim Ex*****on: Taking the time to properly cut in edges by hand around window casings and architectural lines for a neat, uniform look.

Our Strict W-2 Crew Standard: Hector and the rest of the crew on this house work directly for us. We pay them as regular W-2 employees and never hand your property off to random, third-party subcontractors.

No Mess Left Behind: As we wrap up the final hour of the project, we are pulling up our protective masking and packing up our gear so the property is left completely clean and organized.

This project was completed exactly on time and right on our initial fixed-price quote—no surprise fees, just honest local craftsmanship.

📍 Just Finished: Exterior Accent Painting in Sammamish, WA
Our crew wrapped up this striking front door update today for a homeowner right here in Sammamish. A bold front door is one of the quickest ways to add a personalized touch to a home's exterior, but getting clean lines around detailed glass panels and intricate scrollwork requires a steady hand and patient prep work.
As you can see in image.png and image_2.png, the smooth coverage completely revitalizes the entryway. For this project, we applied a beautiful, vibrant blue finish using top-tier materials designed to withstand our Pacific Northwest seasons:
The Color: Behr Bella Vista
The Product: Sherwin-Williams Emerald Exterior Satin
The Process: Detailed masking around the leaded glass and careful contrast painting on the decorative accents.
Whether we are painting a single front door or coating an entire home's siding, our standards stay exactly the same. The job was handled entirely by our regular, hired W-2 painters—never subcontractors—and completed exactly on budget.

Just wrapped up this exterior on Union Hill in Redmond, completed by our in-house W-2 team in 4.5 business days for some amazing clients.
We used a high-performance Sherwin-Williams palette on this one: Gauntlet Gray for the body, Pure White for the crisp trim, and Iron Ore accents on the doors and details.
As always, our focus was entirely on precision ex*****on:
Two full coats, completely back-rolled into the grain for maximum protection.
Zero overspray on the surrounding landscaping or plants.
Zero paint drips on the roof or concrete lines.
When you hire a real employee crew instead of third-party subcontractors, this is the level of neatness and technical care you get.
We are currently booking site visits for late summer (August/September) and opening early consultations for Spring 2027. If you have a project on Union Hill or the Eastside and want it done to this standard, let us know.
