I initiated an estimate through thumbtack, an online home services marketplace for an electrical ceiling box replacement. I received several calls from different companies but after speaking with receptionist Bella I knew I had to choose this company. She was very courteous, kind and professional. I requested for possible same day service and this was available! Shiloh was the electrician was assigned the work request. His professionalism is admirable. He explained everything thoroughly allowing me to make the most cost effective choice. He completed the work successfully and also did an overall inspection of outlets and electronic box. From beginning to end my experience was extremely positive. I would highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Cool Hand Electric from the moment I made the phone call. Rebecca answered the phone and she was extremely helpful provided all the information about their service. I was told over the phone the approximate time the electrician will arrive and i received a text as well. The Electrician Shiloh called me enroute and arrived in a timely fashion. Shiloh was very professional and knowledgeable, he resolved my Breaker panel electrical problem expertly. Plus checked other areas as well ensuring everything is working properly.

Tory, the electrician dispatched was amiable and quickly discovered the problem and communicated thoroughly. Very professional business. I could not have been more pleased!

We had a great experience with Cool Hand Electric and Air. Tory and his staff installed a dedicated outlet for our hot tub and also installed an inlet for our generator. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to make sure everything was done safely and correctly. The quality of the work was excellent, and the installation looks clean and well done. It’s hard to find contractors who are both skilled and dependable, but Tory and his team definitely delivered. Highly recommend Cool Hand Electric and Air for any electrical work!

We had a great experience with Cool Hand Electric! Shiloh was extremely knowledgeable, sincere, understanding, informative, and thorough throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed and wanted. His professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. I hired Cool Hands Electric to install electricity in my finished shed. Shiloh, Rebecca, Micah, and Miguel were amazing. They were thorough and kept me up to date throughout the entire process.
