Schmoll Custom Builders is looking for someone who wants to learn the carpenter trade and build a career in construction — no experience required!

If you’re dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn hands-on skills, we want to talk to you.

✅ Full-time (Monday–Friday)
✅ 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM
✅ 40 hours per week
✅ Starting at $22.00/hour
✅ 401k match
✅ Paid time off
✅ Higher pay possible based on experience
✅ On-the-job training provided
