🌿 Sunday Spotlight: Meet James Persing! 🌿

This week’s L & J Landscaping Sunday Spotlight is shining on James Persing, one of our hardworking mowing crew members! 💚

James has been part of the L & J Landscaping family for 7 months, and he’s been helping keep our customers’ properties looking their best ever since!

His typical workday? Mow, w**d whack, blow, repeat! 🌱💪 James is always out there putting in the work and doing his part to keep those lawns looking sharp!

When he’s off the clock, James enjoys fishing, hunting, working on things, embracing his country-boy lifestyle, and watching ice hockey! 🎣🦌🏒 He’s definitely someone who enjoys the outdoors, whether he’s working or having fun!

When asked what he likes most about being part of the L & J team, James shared something that really stood out:

💬 “Everyone truly cares about doing a great job, and that’s rare these days.”

We couldn’t agree more! Having a crew that takes pride in their work, supports one another, and genuinely cares about the finished product is what makes L & J Landscaping special. 💚

Thank you, James, for your hard work, dedication, and for being part of the L & J family! We’re glad to have you on the team! 👏🌿

Cole joined the L & J Landscaping family on March 30, 2026, and has been a great addition to the crew!

His typical workday starts with helping gather and organize all the equipment needed for the day, while also making sure his teammates have everything they need to get started. Cole is always willing to lend a helping hand and do his part to keep things running smoothly! 🌱💪

When he’s off the clock, Cole enjoys fishing, working on cars (especially Jeeps!), and spending time with his girlfriend and friends. 🎣🚙
