We are seeking a self-motivated Site Lead or experienced Concrete Finisher/Form Setter who can manage projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
Our work primarily involves smaller, technical projects, so strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand the full scope of a project are essential.
Our crews typically operate in small teams of 2–3 for preparation work and come together for concrete pours and larger installations.
Pay is DOE from $22-30/ hr.
