At approximately 60 square feet, this bathroom proves that a smaller space can still make a BIG impact 😉

This renovation involved more than a cosmetic refresh. We removed the existing fixtures and flooring, inspected the framing for potential water or mold damage, and rebuilt the space with a new shower pan, custom shower niche, updated plumbing and electrical, and fresh finishes throughout.

The final details brought it all together:�✔️ A floating vanity�✔️ A modern shower with a waterfall detail
✔️ A smart toilet and updated lighting�✔️ Floor-to-ceiling tiling
✔️ As well as new tile on the shower floor and bathroom floor

What goes into a 247 sq ft addition? Quite a bit.

For this project, we're adding a new bedroom and full bathroom to an existing two-story home, with everything from a new foundation and framing to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, insulation, drywall, Hardie siding and flooring.

Sometimes a remodel just isn’t the answer.

For this past project, we took the original home all the way down, removed the existing foundation, regraded the property, and started fresh. The result was a completely new custom home built from the ground up, with plenty of thoughtful details along the way. Quite the before and after 😊
