I am 100% sure that there will be some bourbon drank while this Breeo smokeless fire pit is a blazing. We expanded a paver area we did a few years ago. Unfortunately the pavers we installed back then are no longer available. We reused and reworked the new and old pavers to transition into this large outdoor entrainment space. Not the way our Clients wanted to start their pool season of 2026. This crack in the wall and settlement of the pool deck had got worse from when we looked at in May. We opened up pandora’s box on this one. We had several moments of what heck were they thinking and doing when this was constructed a few years earlier by subs of this pool company. Do only did we repair and replace section of the wall and a large section of the pool deck. We had to correct the drainage behind the wall and on the pool deck. We tied the wall and pool deck together to make to create a solid foundation.

Just a little clean up on this driveway rehab project. We demoed the old sections of concrete. Expanded the turnaround area and added this beautiful natural stone wall to fame it. This fall we will return to install all the plants and trees.

We understood the assignment. Remove the overgrown trees and shrubs along the front of the house to open it up. Remove large trees so we can have a front lawn. Add some stone walls and some plants with color. Coming this fall is a new sodded lawn.

We removed a failing wooden wall. We constructed a curved segmental wall using Diamond pro PS blocks and caps. Tied in the upper downspouts. Imported fill material to direct water away from the home. We extended the curb to direct water towards the yard inlet to stop the erosion of the hillside.

We wrapped up this project just in time for the holidays. The transformation is incredible. The clients had the front walkway removed and the project stalled. The area sat for several years. We came in and created the space that they had been wanting. The clients put in lots of hard work and personal touches to complete the transformation. Welcome home.
