I own several properties locally, so there's strong potential for ongoing maintenance work if this is a good fit.

Covenant Construction Group Inc. is looking for an experienced subcontractor for a new construction project in the Raeford, NC area.

📐 Project Details:
▪️ New construction single-family home
▪️ Approximately 1,600 heated square feet
▪️ 3 bedroom / 2 bath
▪️ 1-car garage
▪️ Full interior scope — not a touch-up job

We are seeking quotes for:

✅ Interior Painting
Full interior paint scope including walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and final touch-ups.
Primary paint/primer materials will be provided. Contractor is responsible for their own tools, brushes, rollers, sprayer, ladders, drop cloths, and related equipment. LVP flooring will be laid down prior to baseboard trim, and after initial priming. There will be three colors. Pure white trim, a slightly off-white wall color. And then there will be an accent wall. The wall finish will be a matte finish. We expect the Drywall to be ready to go as early as mid week .

✅ Trim Installation
Baseboards, door casings, interior doors, and crown, where applicable.
Trim materials will be provided. Contractor is responsible for their own tools, saws, nailers, compressors, fasteners, if applicable, and related equipment.
