Another Duplex Mini split job done.✅

These mini splits are going to keep the communal area of these units comfortable. As well as keeping that electricity bill lower. These units were originally designed to use cadet wall heaters for their source of heat. But what an upgrade and investment for whoever will be staying here. The owner is really taking care of his Tenants.

These units really sell themselves. 🤩

Good looking, Fresh, Efficient.

New American Standard Furnace paired with an American Standard Heat Pump. We removed an old system from this home and installed something much more Efficient, Our customer was Satisfied with the new furnace, and even more impressed when shown the new heatpump. From hearing the old unit running from their kitchen on the other side of the home, to barely hearing it run from 15 feet away.

Back to back Mini Splits.

Here our customer wanted to add mini splits in their rental property, two unit duplex. This will help tremendously with the warm air coming, and veer the tenants away from using space heaters which in turn will lower the electric bill significantly! Our customer is investing into the future!

Another beautiful Furnace changeout, this time we were asked about adding Air Conditioning, but at the moment our client didn’t want AC, but needed a new furnace. So what we did was install a new furnace along with the indoor coil. So when the time comes the air conditioner install will be simple and easy. Win, win for both the client and us as the contractor.

When it comes time to replace your furnace, and you’re scared to mention either an Air conditioner or a Heat pump, because you know that will drive up the price, there are ways that Contractor can get you set up to where if you do go ahead and proceed with the Outdoor unit install, than it won’t cost an arm and a leg again.
