Yes of course we can do that also if you would like! Actually these customers were pretty adamant about no harsh chemicals on the floor at their house (which i already donā€™t use anyways) but somehow they were set on using Osmo hard wax oil on this 1k square foot demo and install even after trying to get them to use my familyā€™s version of same product that way I can stand behind what Iā€™m using and a manufacturer that I know will do the same they declined my offer even with promise of me getting us a discount on materials so then when I explained what adding the isocyanate does to the HWO they quickly asked if I had any other recommendations then;

Before you come on my post wrong, take all the dust mask and ear m**f comments and shove them because im sure heā€™ll look back and say this is all my dads fault and I really hate the memories we created that caused this! Plus itā€™s new wood and these customers have been adamant about no chemicals! Speaking of ļæ¼did yall know prolonged exposure or excessive exposure to pu280 will cause cancer (like while itā€™s wet and your the one applying it dry under a floor itā€™s harmless) your welcome šŸ¤£šŸ¤£šŸ¤£

Which proves either heā€™s not experienced or is out to sabotage me because flooring people have an unspoken thing about top nails and them being bad! I also told him not to do it this way!! Or if he is experienced heā€™s got a lot of it doing things the wrong way what do yall think?

Late post, early morning; how many other floor mechanics least favorite part of the job is patching or filling the floor? I think itā€™s my least favorite part because I like do way to much and wind up hitting everything even when I know it wonā€™t stay. I even trowel fill all my new installs now because I donā€™t want to see a gap or missing corner anywhere!! šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø šŸ¤¦ā€ā™‚ļø I call it necessary evil to achieve the best look possible which is always the goal!
