Project Update | Library Café and Draper Road Provisions | Framing Progress

At the Library Café and Draper Road Provisions, framing is well underway. Walls are up, rooms are taking shape, and you can finally feel how the space is going to flow. This is the stage where a set of plans turns into something real, and it’s always fun to watch.

Still in the early stages, but this project is moving exactly how we want it to. More updates soon as things start getting closed in!

Big milestone to start 2026 for our commercial team! We’ve officially been awarded the framing contract on the Library Cafe and Provisions project coming to downtown Blacksburg VA in 2026.

Grateful for the trust and excited to get to work putting the bones in place. Even better, additional scopes are currently under consideration, and we’re looking forward to continuing the conversation as the project moves forward.
