This house is coming back from the basement up after the fire. Walls are standing, openings are cut, and the second floor is ready for windows this week. You can see the layout taking shape and the structure locked in before the next trades hit the job.

New wall framing is going up while a lot of the burned structure is still visible.

Photos from the first day of demo on a fire-damaged house in North Providence.
This one caught fire and we’re rebuilding it from the basement up. On day one the crew opened the roof, stripped the damaged structure, and started clearing the way for new framing.
Board-up went up, dumpsters rolled in, and the real work began.

We’re excited to officially partner with Outdoor Elements Landscape, Hardscape, Design, LLC as their go‑to carpentry team for decks, pavilions, pergolas, and custom outdoor structures.

This was our first project together and it was a great start — awesome client, smooth collaboration, and brand‑new TREX deck going in. Looking forward to many more projects bringing outdoor spaces to the next level with their team.

Not every company has a guy like Jason.

Jason was actually RAM Builder Services, LLC’s first official customer when I went full time. From day one, he told me, “When I’m ready, I’m coming to work with you.” Well, he meant it, and we’re lucky he did.

Jason is one of those guys who shows up, works hard, takes pride in what he does, and fits right into the brotherhood we’re building here at RAM. He’s a great carpenter, a great friend, and the kind of guy you want beside you when there’s real work to get done.

We don’t take many pictures on the job, mostly because we’re usually covered in dust, sweat, and bad decisions. But Scott, being the clown he is, drove by the job site today, saw Jason working shirtless, and jumped out of the car like he was catching Bigfoot in the wild.

So here he is, RAM Builder Services’ very own Mr. July.

All jokes aside, Jason deserves the shoutout. We appreciate you, brother. Proud to have you with us.

We came across this incredible project by Matrix Basement Finishing out of Naperville, Illinois and had to share it. The open ceiling design, clean lighting layout, built-in bar area, and theater space make this feel more like a high-end lounge than a lower level.

Finished basements have become one of the best ways to add functional living space and real value to a home. Whether it's a media room, bar, gym, or family space, the possibilities are endless.
