HT Fencing is growing, and weโre looking for a rock-solid **Working Foreman** to lead a crew and run jobs across Yavapai County. If you know how to build, lead, and handle hard ground, we want to talk to you.

* **Up to a $5,000 Signing Bonus** for the right fence experience ($1,000 at 30 days, $4,000 at 90 days).
* Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays.
* **Zero wear-and-tear on your own rig:** You drive our trucks and use our tools, power equipment, welders, and skid steers.
* Real room to grow into higher leadership roles.

This is a boots-on-the-ground, working foreman role. Youโll run a crew of a few guys, swing tools, talk to customers on-site, and set the pace. * Valid AZ driverโs license and a clean record (must be comfortable driving a truck and trailer).
* Ability to lift 100 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
* You already know what caliche does to an auger and how to keep a crew moving when the digging gets tough.
