🌸Today we got to be part of something really special!🌸

We spent some time with some of the sweetest residents having a Build Your Own Bouquet day, and it was such a joy watching everyone create their own little arrangement. There were so MANY smiles!

A huge thank you to Kyra Maske for donating so many beautiful flowers! Between the two of us, we had lots of gorgeous blooms… all grown right here on the mountain. 💐🌻🌞
(there were other donations as well💓)

It’s amazing how something as simple as flowers can brighten someone’s day. Little moments like this TRULY fill my cup, & I’m so thankful we had the opportunity to share them💗🙌🏽 Had the best little helper today too!

1. I hate talking on camera & the sound of my voice🥴

2. I don't know why I sound so out of breath & the heavy breathing🫣

3. I'm obsessed with my patchwork curtains!😍

In case you are new around here, I have a little roadside stand in my bottom pasture (close to the road) I sell my extra garden produce, eggs, flowers, baked goods & sewn items!

Special Delivery 🌽🍅🥒💌

I hate that my siblings live so far away. 🥲 But yesterday I got to load up some fresh garden goodies and make a special trip!

There’s just something about sharing your harvest with the people you love 💗 We may not get to see each other as often as we’d like, but a little time together definitely filled my cup!

For years I’ve been trying to convince them to move up here on the mountain so we can start our own little family compound😉🤞🏽

🦋Friends, let’s talk bartering🦋

With the cost of just about everything going up these days, I’ve been thinking about ways we can help each other out as a community. 💛

I’m open to bartering when I can! If you have something homegrown, handmade, farm fresh, or a skill you think might be a good trade, don’t be afraid to ask.

I know these times can be tough, and sometimes a dozen eggs, a loaf of bread, or a few garden veggies can make a difference. If we can help each other while supporting local families and small businesses, that’s a win in my book!

Of course, I won’t be able to accept every trade, but I’m always happy to have the conversation. So if you’ve got something you’d like to trade, send me a message! We might be able to work something out. 🐦‍⬛🌻

And on that note, if you know of someone who is having a hard time right now and could use a little pick me up… A family that could benefit from some fresh vegetables, eggs, or baked goods, PLEASE send me a private message.
