🚧 This week’s progress brought a little bit of everything across a few different projects. 🚧

Over in Boyertown, we’ve been hard at work on a stair and wainscoting renovation. The new custom wainscoting details are taking shape, and we’ve been rebuilding the stair rail system with stained red oak to match the customer’s specifications. New stair treads are up next and should really pull the whole project together.

In Barto, the bathroom remodel continues moving along nicely. Paint work is complete, and the custom solid surface shower has officially been templated and is now in production. We’re getting close to the stage where all the finished details start coming together.

And over in Pottstown, the porch repaint project is officially a wrap. Fresh paint and updated finishes really cleaned this one up for the season. We also installed a new set of pull-down attic stairs in the garage while we were there to improve access and functionality.

🚧 Another busy week in the books at Marvel Builders, Inc. 🚧

Over in Barto, we continued making solid progress on a bathroom remodel project. Demo and prep work are behind us, and we’re moving into the next major phase — installing the new solid surface shower base and preparing the wall backer system for the custom shower walls. The work behind the scenes is what makes a bathroom last for years!

Meanwhile in Pottstown, we kept things moving on a spring refresh project. We’ve been repainting a screened-in porch along with the deck structure underneath it to help freshen things up and protect everything heading into the warmer months. Sometimes a good repaint can completely change the feel of an outdoor living space.

A lot of what we do is about giving old spaces new life — whether that’s a full remodel or simply restoring and protecting what’s already there.

We hit the ground running this week with three new projects underway across the area. Busy weeks like this are always exciting because every project is completely different and keeps the crew sharp.

At one home, we started a concrete patio extension that’s going to add a lot more usable outdoor living space for the homeowners. We’re holding off on sharing photos until the finished product is complete, but this one is shaping up to be a really nice transformation.

We also began a cedar screen room repaint project. Cedar can be beautiful when it’s maintained properly, and this refresh is going to bring new life back into the space while helping protect the wood from years of weather exposure.

Inside another home, demolition officially kicked off on a new bathroom remodel. There’s always something satisfying about the beginning stages of a remodel — tearing out the old to make way for something clean, functional, and built to last. We’re looking forward to sharing progress as this one moves along.

What a difference a year can make.

About a year ago, this staircase in Gilbertsville was nothing more than rough framing, old cracked treads, exposed beams, and a whole lot of vision.

Fast forward to today, and it’s become one of the cleanest focal points in the entire home.

Custom oak treads and railing, crisp white risers and balusters, clean trim details, and a layout that now feels like it was always meant to be there.

It’s easy to look at finished photos and forget where projects actually start. The before shots are a reminder that every finished space begins with planning, structure, craftsmanship, and patience!

Another solid week in Pottstown!

We wrapped up the window installation on this exterior refresh using Sierra Pacific windows, and they came out sharp.

Exteriors were finished off with color-matched PVC trim for a clean, low-maintenance look, and we brought the interiors together with craftsman-style primed wood trim to keep everything consistent and dialed in.

We also handled some detailed masonry pointing work to properly tie the new aluminum soffit into the existing stonework—one of those small details that makes a big difference when it’s done right.

Great customers, great project, and we couldn’t have asked for better weather to get it done.

This week in Pottstown, we kept rolling with the custom fitting and installation of those Sierra Pacific windows—taking our time to make sure every unit sits just right. No shortcuts, no guesswork… just clean, tight work that’ll last.

Over at the pole barn, things are shaping up! Big shoutout to the crew from Drumheller Concrete for coming out and laying down some beautiful flatwork for us. That inside slab turned out smooth as glass—top-notch finish.

Progress never looks flashy in the middle—but it’s where the real craftsmanship lives.

This week at Marvel Builders, Inc. we kept things moving on several fronts:

• Patching and repairing drywall where the old chimney was removed on the Pottstown remodel

• Opening up the soffits to properly vent the new ridge vent system (attic ventilation done right)

• Installing new aluminum soffits to finish the exterior cleanly and permanently

• Installing a new storm door in Royersford

• Wrapping up a big milestone on the pole barn project — siding, roofing, windows, entry door, and sliding barn doors are now complete

That pole barn is really starting to look sharp! From framing to finish, it’s always satisfying when a project reaches the stage where everything comes together.

More trim, finishes, and final touches coming soon.
