A while back I posted a short video showing a that I installed (with the customers permission, of course), which is a secret doorway disguised as a bookcase.

The customer decided they wanted to add another bookcase at the other end of the room, to match.
We looked online, but ultimately we decided that I would make them, so they would be a true matching set.

I’m excited to show everyone what we came up with.

It was all sourced from scratch,
and installed inside the wall like a doorway.

Matched the paint color,
the wood grain of the back paneling, the hardware, the glass, and installed LED lights to illuminate different sections via the remote/phone app.

I’ll make another separate post, to share the building and installation. This job had a lot going on lol.

Also ended up making a couple of matching lower cabinets as well, topped with a stone slab to match the lit existing kitchen/bar.

When all said and done, I’m always excited to see and share what I’ve created. The feeling of accomplishment, as well as seeing the excitement and satisfaction on my client’s faces is why I truly love what I do.

Small job.
This customer will do the painting, base trim, and a few other finishing items himself.

We came in for the flooring, trimmed out the windows and doors, built and installed shelving, and replaced some fixtures.
The bathroom feels totally new, with a little rearranging, adding the half wall, new vanity, countertop and backsplash. New flooring, door and window trim, sink and throne.
Had several drywall repairs throughout, textured and primed, ready to paint.

Quick turnaround but it’s a night and day difference.

Roof repair, like it never happened at all.

This customer had a tree fall on their home. The entire corner needed some help.
Pulled it all apart to check for structural damage.
It was mostly cosmetic.. but had to remove a big portion of the shingles.

Got it all replaced and rebuilt.
Painted everything to match and moving on!

Just another small task to cross off the list.
Always get that feeling of accomplishment whenever I’m ready to move on to the next item, and I still love it 👍🏼
