Promax recently completed a roofing project in Lake Oswego where the owner requested a change to asphalt shingles. Before the replacement, the home had leaks in six different areas, including around the skylights, gutters, chimney area, and bathroom ventilation points.

During the tear-off process, our team documented the roof condition, communicated with the landlord, and received approval before moving forward with the repair and installation process. We installed ice and water shield around the chimney and throughout all valleys to provide extra protection in the most vulnerable areas of the roof.
