We completed a full interior and exterior renovation of this 1936 NE Portland home, stripping all two levels down to the studs and rebuilding it with modern systems and finishes.
The project included a complete electrical re-wire, re-piped plumbing, four mini-split heating and cooling systems, 14 new windows, new exterior doors, Craftsman-style siding, and a new front porch. The entire home received new interior and exterior paint
Inside, we opened up the kitchen, dining, and living areas by removing the walls that separated those rooms, creating a brighter, more open, light-filled space. We also replaced the sagging plaster with new drywall and a smooth Level 5 finish.
We converted a dirty, dusty attic space into two beautiful legal bedrooms, complete with egress windows and closets.
Project completed in just 7 weeks, transforming a run-down Inner NE Portland home into a beautiful Portland-style bungalow that feels cohesive, timeless, and as though it had originally been built this way in 1936.
