8/4/2025 – Barbara Crawley – Yelp Review:
Upon discovering that a 2-year-old pipe under the kitchen sink had suddenly become detached and was pouring water onto the floor, I put in a call to Meticulous. It was already mid- afternoon on a Friday and I feared it would take awhile to get someone out. Initially, I was told the first available appointment would be the following Thursday but, after a short wait on HOLD, the scheduler came back to say a plumber could come Monday afternoon. I scheduled that. About an hour later, I received a call advising that one of the plumbers was on his way home in our direction and could make a quick stop to look at the issue. Obviously, we were thrilled. Joe Beltran came by and, in less than 5 minutes, determined it was a simple problem with a gasket and replaced it. This is the third time we have used their services, and each time we have been very pleased with both the phone personnel and the plumbers themselves. I would definitely recommend!

Really solid experience as good plumbing companies can be hard to find. Kaleb was really nice, prompt, and professional. He rebuilt our kitchen sink plumbing after we got new countertops.

Kaleb and his helper were prompt, efficient and courteous. They fixed my sink and alerted me to a crack in the toilet. I am having them replace it next week and appreciate the head's up before the situation got worse.
