Split 50/50:$3,250 to you.

Real Estate Commission:

Real estate opportunities start at a 50/50 split.
After your 15th closed real estate deal, you can graduate to an 80/20 split.
Example:$250,000 home sale 3% commission = $7,500 gross commission
At 50/50:$3,750 to you
At 80/20:$6,000 to you

There are ZERO caps and you NEVER have to start over at the start of every year.

No Experience Necessary, will train.

Door-to-Door Appointment Setter: $20/hour + Commission

One Beautiful Home® is hiring Door-to-Door Appointment Setters to help us connect with homeowners in Northwest Indiana.

No closing required, just great conversations and quality appointments.

Your job is simple:

Talk to homeowners.
Build quick trust.
Create interest.
Set appointments.

We help homeowners with remodeling, home improvement, pre-listing repairs, real estate, and financing options, all in one place.

If you are friendly, coachable, reliable, and willing to talk to people, we can train you.

Pay$20/hour starting pay, plus commission on closed remodeling deals you help create.

On closed remodeling deals, you can earn 2% commission, plus $15.00 for every successful appointment that runs.

Example:$15,000 remodeling project, 2% commission = $300 to you
That is in addition to your hourly pay.

What You’ll Do:

Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods
Talk with homeowners face-to-face
Set appointments for remodeling and real estate conversations
Collect basic homeowner information

You do not need remodeling or real estate experience to start. This is a ground-floor leadership and growth position.

If you have experience in canvassing, roofing, windows, siding, solar, sales, customer service, restaurants, hospitality, retail, or appointment setting, that can help, but it is not required.

How about the brick floor?

This basement bathroom didn’t exist before. 👀

This was a full basement bathroom addition in St. John, Indiana.

The homeowner did a fantastic job picking the finishes... the black grid shower glass, white tile, warm vanity, brick-style floor, and black fixtures all came together beautifully.

But here’s the part most people don’t see from the finished photos…

We had to build this from the ground up.
Plumbing. Layout. Framing. Concrete work. Shower system. Fixtures. Finishes.

We even had to break concrete and move the toilet location because the original rough-in wasn’t where it needed to be.

That’s the difference between a basic bathroom refresh and a real bathroom addition.
A basement bathroom project like this can typically range from about $15,500 to $22,500 depending on layout, finishes, plumbing, and what needs to be moved or corrected.

And when it’s done right?

It doesn’t just add convenience.

This is why we measure before anything gets ordered.

These lower cabinets were sitting about an inch off the wall.

That may not sound like a big deal… but it changes the countertop depth and could force the homeowner into a custom countertop.

If that gets missed, a standard top could show up, not fit, and now the client is stuck with something they can’t return.
