Soon, our team will begin documenting damaged contents, coordinating the removal of non-salvageable items, and preparing for the pack-out and cleaning of salvageable contents.

We’ll also be starting the necessary drying and mitigation process to help prevent further damage and deterioration to the property and its contents.

Our office is still without power, and cell phone service throughout the area continues to be extremely spotty.

Our staff is working remotely from different locations wherever we can access power and internet so we can continue assisting our clients, responding to calls and messages, and helping homeowners as quickly as possible.

At the same time, our crews are out in the field working directly with homeowners who have been impacted by the storm. Our teams are assessing damage, helping secure properties, and doing everything we can to help our community begin the recovery process.
