One of our greatest pleasures at Edensaw is all the woodworking classes and schools we get to work with. Watching students grow in both skill and confidence while using our products is truly an honor. Here are a couple of photos of a recent project done by Lorraine, a student of Bates Woodworking Program.

We just got in a container of the fun stuff! We will soon have new Olive Wood at all our locations.
Along with the Olive we also just received Live Edge Purpleheart slabs, Live Edge Canarywood Slabs and Birdseye Maple boards. (photos to follow soon once everything is ready for sale!)

A really cool lamp made by John McMillan from Gig Harbor with wood from us.
Sapele layered with some yellow cedar to turn the spherical 5" diameter lamp shown. The entire LED light with its transformer is embedded in the cavity.

This exquisite door was craft by . It's currently on display at our Seton Rd. Location in Port Townsend.

Here are the details: This solid wood pivot door is made with Sapele wood on the exterior face and White Oak on the interior face. It is reinforced with steel rods and features inlayed White Oak strips on the exterior face for architectural detail.

The wood in this door all comes from Edensaw’s excellent stock of high-grade materials. We take special care to orient the grain and arrange the wood in such a way as to honor the intrinsic beauty of the trees from which the wood is sourced.

This door features Fritsjurgens System M+ pivot hardware which is fully adjustable for closing speed and damping control. It also features drop seals which automatically engage when the door is closed to create a weatherproof seal. Our doors are made custom to order with a reverence and commitment to craft.
