🚧 Mold Remediation Technicians – Demolition Crew (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Mold Remediation Solutions LLC is a locally owned restoration company serving the Treasure Coast. We specialize in mold remediation, water damage mitigation, and demolition services. Our mission is to deliver professional results while protecting families and restoring homes and businesses to safe living conditions.
We are hiring Mold Remediation Technicians for our Demolition Crew — both Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.
What You’ll Do
• Safely demo water- and mold-damaged materials (drywall, flooring, cabinets, insulation, etc.)
• Assist with remediation tasks (containment setup, HEPA vacuuming, antimicrobial cleaning)
• Operate tools and equipment (saws, pry bars, dehumidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers)
• Maintain safe, clean job sites in compliance with OSHA standards
• Load/unload debris and equipment
• Work as part of a team and follow supervisor direction
• Document projects with photos, notes, and moisture readings when required
Qualifications (Required)
• 6+ months of experience in demolition, construction, or restoration
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Comfortable wearing PPE (respirators, Tyvek suits, gloves, etc.)
• Dependable, hardworking, and able to follow directions
Preferred / Plus
• IICRC Certifications (WRT, AMRT, ASD)
• OSHA 10/30 Safety Training
• EPA Lead Renovation (RRP)

Schedule
• Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (weekends as needed)
• Part-Time | Flexible scheduling, project-based hours (weekday availability required, some weekends possible)
