We are repairing a floor today that was "repaired" by another contractor in the past.

Floor joists had no rim joist or joist hangers, framework was shoddy and floor had 1/2" osb on it. Should always be 3/4".

We wanted to bring this to your attention so you dont make the same mistake we did.

Menards changed the format of their rebate checks. They now look like marketing flyers, which tend to just get thrown in the trash before opening.

I threw this exact one away that had about $170 in rebates on it. If you dont see this suspiciously little note in the corner, you'd never know.

GRATITUDE POST

We've been a little quiet on here the past couple weeks, but you all have overwhelmed us lately with the projects and opportunity that you have brought our way.

We've been busy estimating projects, rather than taking pictures of the current jobs in progress.

We endeavor to treat every project as our own, and exceed the expectations of each client. Thank you all for entrusting your projects to us. We dont take it for granted.

And...here are a few pictures of jobs in progress this week
