It’s been a busy couple of weeks at this gem, it doesn’t just fit the address but it starts with its incredible owner 🥰

Framing is well underway, walls are going up, and this home is really starting to take shape!

We can already picture this place filled with love, laughter, and TONS of grandkids running around, making memories for years to come ❤️

We’re so honored to be part of this beautiful new chapter and can’t wait to keep sharing the progress as this dream home comes to life!

A big thank you to Calista Kitchen & Bath for hosting our Women, W**e & Design PWB meeting! 🥂 It was very informative, delicious, and a wonderful opportunity to connect with other women in the industry.

We love getting the opportunity to learn how to serve our customers better!

If you haven’t visited her showroom yet, be sure to stop by — it’s absolutely stunning! ✨

Because the house was the job, but the relationships are the gift that keeps on giving. Sitting together in their rocking chairs with our now-forever friends will never get old. We miss them, we miss our chats on their movie-like porch… but we still get moments like this. For that, we are so incredibly blessed and grateful 🥹

The final beautiful touch for one of the most special places! Our friends tiled our favorite porch to perfection 😍

We can’t wait to see it filled with rocking chairs, tables, and the many people that will make so many memories in it! How blessed are we to be a part of it! 🏡🥹

When the amazing masons treat you like a princess and build you a block ladder just so you can get the perfect video 😍

There’s something so cool about seeing all that block stacked up everywhere—it looks like a giant pile of Legos just waiting to become something amazing! 🧱

The walls are going up, and it’s getting real. Suddenly, you can start to see it, feel it, and imagine HOME 🏡

We’re here for every moment of the journey, and we’re here to tell the whole story—from the first block to the final detail. 🧱➡️🏡

🇺🇸 Happy Labor Day! 🇺🇸

Today we’re extra thankful for the work we get to do, the people we get to work alongside, and the incredible customers who trust us to bring their dreams to life. 🏡❤️

This is slab pour #2 of last week and we feel especially grateful to be building this beautiful home for an amazing customer who has made this project such a joy so far! We have been blessed with the best customers who’ve become close friends. Relationships are our favorite part of the job!

Here’s to hard work, big dreams, and the beautiful things we get to build together. 🔨

Happy Labor Day from Moulton Homes + Construction!

One of our favorite parts of building custom homes has nothing to do with lumber, concrete, or blueprints.

It’s the people and relationships.

Over the months, clients become so much more than clients. We get to hear their stories, celebrate milestones with them, learn what matters most to their family, and build genuine friendships along the way.

That’s why we never want a closing gift to feel generic. We’re incredibly thankful for talented friends with some pretty awesome equipment who help us bring these gifts to life. Thank you Bobby Buonaiuto and Lee Richardson for being part of these ones and all the ones to come 😉

Thank you to every family who trusts us with one of the biggest investments of their lives. Getting to build your home is an honor—but getting to know you is the best part.

🏡❤️
