Out with the old and rotten in with the new and pressure treated. Added a touch of lighting caps to spruce it up and match the mailboxes black paint. It was hot! But it was worth it! Thanks a million. Judie Normand Palmisano. You have been amazing to me thank you! Until next time!

Some soffit rot cause by gutters not draining properly. Removed, repaired, and replaced. Fresh paint and sealed up tight!

This one was an unfortunate tragedy. Thank you for the opportunity to show you what I can do. It’s been my pleasure to help make your visions come to life.

This multiple plug fire caused damage to the walls ceilings as well as some subfloor and the window.
The window was replaced as well as the affected drywall. The electrical was replace and added some lighting. full skim coat for retexture fresh batting trim and fresh paint. New floors then quarter round.

Floor replacement door and trim paint in a bathroom remove and reset toilet and vanity updated water valves and a hole in a column cause by a putter who wanted to practice his driving swing.
