I normally don’t allow advertising in this group, but every once in a while someone comes along who seems like the real deal.
I recently connected with H.L. Coffman, and his approach is pretty interesting.
He flies out to your company for a week and works directly with your technicians, teaching them how to:
• Identify legitimate maintenance opportunities
• Communicate value to customers
• Turn service calls into profitable upgrades
Instead of charging big consulting fees, he earns a commission on the sales your team generates that week.
In other words, his visit should pay for itself if your crew is closing work.
All you have to do is cover a hotel for the week and let him train your team.
If you run a service company and want to increase ticket size without being pushy, this might be worth looking into.
