Recently we have been focusing on knocking out smaller jobs (1-5 day) consisting of small repairs and maintenance.
We can do pretty much everything but those major special trade jobs like electrical, hvac and plumbing.
Just to list several:
Subfloor and floor joist repairs (floor leveling)
Siding and shingle matching repairs
Exterior fascia, soffit, rim joist water damage
Deck and porch restorations
Windows and door frame repairs
Drywall patching and painting
Swapping out old bathroom vanities and toilets
Flooring installs
Opening up main living spaces (load bearing walls)
We have also been doing quite a bit of emergency reconstruction that involves the repairs of a home after water or fire emergencies.
