A little reminder from RG Property Management & Investments LLC:
If you have rented from me in the past and your tenancy ended on bad terms, please do not contact me about renting another property.
When I say “bad terms,” I mean leaving behind past-due rent, unpaid utilities, damage to the property, or disrespectful/nasty attitudes when dealing with me.
I work hard to maintain my properties, treat my tenants fairly, and handle my business professionally. I expect that same respect in return.
I understand that things happen, and I have always been willing to work with people when there is honest communication and mutual respect. But I will not open myself up to another landlord-tenant relationship with someone who has already shown me that they are unwilling to meet their responsibilities or treat me respectfully.
Once trust is broken, there is no reason to repeat the situation.
Please respect my decision and do not contact me regarding future rentals.
