I just have to share this photo shared with me. This is what I love to see. Personal creativity. The first photo was stitched by Myrna using my BOO pattern. The second photo is my photo of the BOO pattern I designed. Just look how she completely made that pattern into her very own design. I just love her colors and creativity.
Patterns are just a "template" to help inspire you to make something very similar but with your own uniqueness.

Have you made your own BOO display using my pattern? If so post a photo in the comments below so we can see just how many different ways to make this fun BOO sign.

CaTuna the witch cat plant poke display.
Going to try and make a CaTuna tutorial video to help beginners make their own witchy CaTuna. Once I get that video made and uploaded to YouTube I will update the CaTuna listing in Etsy with her new hats. Well, it is 1 hat just with ear holes or without.
Got your CaTuna's stitched up? I would love to see a photo of your kitties. Post your CaTuna photo in the comments below.

How to Backstitch
The backstitch is an embroidery stitch worked in plastic canvas projects as decorative stitches, typically on top of a finished design. Backstitches can be worked in yarn or in several strands of embroidery floss for adding lettering, outlining, details and other fine lines.

Determine where you want to start backstitching. Bring your needle up from the back of the plastic canvas through the first hole where you want to begin (1).
Depending on how long you want the backstitch to be, insert the needle down through the canvas one, two or more holes away from your starting point (2).
To work the next backstitch, bring the needle up through the next hole where desired (3) and then take it back into the ending hole of the previous stitch (4). This technique forms a backward stitch, which is where the name "backstitch" comes from.
Continue backstitching following the steps above, moving forward on the plastic canvas by bringing the needle up through a hole where desired, and then backstitching into the previous stitch’s ending hole.
