MFMC Residential & Commercial Development is looking for a Field Operations Manager to join our growing team in Indiana. We specialize in delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects and are seeking a strong leader to oversee our field operations.

Main Roles & Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily construction site operations
• Manage site supervisors, subcontractors, and field workers
• Ensure projects follow schedules and deadlines
• Monitor construction quality and compliance with plans/specifications
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and logistics
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on-site
• Resolve site problems and operational delays quickly
• Communicate with project managers, engineers, clients, and suppliers
• Track project progress and prepare operational reports
• Control site costs and improve operational efficiency

🔧 A 5‑Minute Roof Check That Prevents a $5,000 Leak

Indiana homeowners can catch most roof problems early with a simple 5‑minute visual check — no ladder needed.

1️⃣ Scan for Missing or Lifted Shingles
Indiana’s spring storms and winter winds love to peel shingles.
If you see a shingle lifted, curled, or missing — water is already getting underneath.

2️⃣ Look for Dark Spots or “Shingle Balding”
Granules protect shingles from UV and water. Bald patches = shingles aging fast (common after hail or heavy snow melt).
