Another job finished. We replaced 4 old pads, added 1 pad, and squared off the driveway in the back. We broomed and shined all the joints and shined the edges with a wider edger for a beautiful finish. We are booked for the rest of the year but are filling spots for the 2027 year already. Poured a new concrete driveway to replace the dirt and mud. We tore out some curbs to make parking easier and replaced parts of another curb. We replaced a driveway pad, set of steps and a sidewalk. The steps had water falling in the wrong directions and were outdated and falling apart. We made everything safer for the future and less ice build up will occur on the steps over winter. The driveway no longer has loose stone and concrete chunks eliminating a tripping hazard. The rain had finally moved out so we could get this job done. We replaced two walls with Versa Loc Chestnut colored block. We eliminated a small wall and graded the hill off instead, then re-stoned the hill side and took some of the divots out of the other with fresh topsoil. Wrapped this one up just in time for the long holiday weekend. We demoed an old wooden carport and a shed along with two railroad tie walls. We replaced the walls with Versa Lok’s Saratoga blend block and anthersite cap. We graded off a small part of their yard instead of running the wall further over.
