Another garage floor transformed by South Hills Concrete. This customer hired their painters to do their floor. They acid washed it and used a big box diy kit. Needless to say, it failed after 6 months. She called us and I tried to help her explain the process to the guys as they were trying to redo it. They ground off half the coating, cause they had to return the rented grinder, and acid washed again introducing more moisture to the floor that caused the first failure. She hired us and we went in the next week and fixed the problem. Now she not only has a beautiful floor done right, she has peace of mind knowing it’s warrantied and insured by Binary Flooring Solutions and their insurance company for 10 years. Get in touch with us for all your garage floor transformations. We don’t get them done in a day, but we do them right and they are built to last.

Rock hard sealer that is breathable still for outdoor work. We still have some spots available for the year so call or text Denny at (412) 638-5156 for a consult.
