Bruce Construction, LLC is looking for a dependable, motivated General Laborer / Punch-Out Technician to join our team.**
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can help us complete residential construction projects to a high standard.
- Position Responsibilities
* Perform residential construction punch-out and finish work
* Complete drywall repairs, caulking, painting, trim, and minor carpentry
* Install and adjust doors, hardware, shelving, and other finish items
* Perform minor repairs and corrections throughout the job
* Assist carpenters and other trades as needed
* Load, unload, and organize materials
* Maintain clean and organized jobsites
* Identify deficiencies and complete work before final customer walkthroughs
* Follow direction from project managers and supervisors
* Represent Bruce Construction, LLC professionally when working in customers' homes
- Qualifications
* Previous residential construction experience preferred
* Punch-out or remodeling experience is a plus
* Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
* Ability to perform a variety of construction and repair tasks
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
* Dependable and punctual
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Must take pride in producing quality work
* Ability to lift materials and perform physical work throughout the day
