Another milestone for Pittsburgh!

The City of Pittsburgh held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday to celebrate the completion of the Panther Hollow Bridge Rehabilitation project, with the bridge officially reopening to traffic at 7 a.m. Friday.

Mosites is proud to have been part of restoring this important connection between Oakland, Schenley Park, and Pittsburgh’s East End neighborhoods. After being closed since October 2024 due to safety concerns, the rehabilitated bridge will once again provide safe access for the community.

It’s exciting to see the hard work and collaboration that helped bring this important Pittsburgh connection back into service.

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and enjoy lunch together at our Allegheny College project. It was a great chance to connect with our project partners, thank the team for their hard work, and take a walk through the site to see the progress firsthand.

It's exciting to watch this project continue to take shape, and we're proud to be working alongside Allegheny College and Rothschild Doyno Collaborative to help bring their vision to life.

Our interns have spent the summer gaining hands-on experience in the office and on the job site, learning from some of the best in the industry. Thank you for all of your hard work this summer. We're glad to have you on the team and can't wait to see what the future holds for each of you.

Uptown Flats is entering the home stretch! The 34-unit affordable housing community developed in partnership with Bethlehem Haven and ACTION-Housing is quickly taking shape in Pittsburgh's Uptown neighborhood.

Designed to support individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness, Uptown Flats will offer a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, along with on-site amenities that promote connection and long-term stability. The building's first floor will feature dedicated space for resident services, meetings, community programming, and educational opportunities, creating a hub for support and engagement.

Uptown Flats is about more than housing. The development is designed to provide residents with a stable foundation and access to the support, resources, and opportunities needed to build a brighter future.

A well-deserved pizza lunch for our crew at the WVU PRT station project!

Our team took some time to enjoy lunch together as they continue making great progress on the summer renovation.

Now, about halfway through the project, work includes painting, concrete repairs, new roofing, new railings, and a full cleaning of the station.

Great work by everyone on site. We appreciate your dedication and commitment to delivering another quality project.
