REC Home Warranty services are provided by appointment only. Any NSF fee of $25.

Our associates will schedule the appointments on a first call, first serve basis. REC reserves the right deem certain calls an emergency and will service those calls as a priority call. A service call is defined as ONE item repair or install only. Ex: the installation of two ceiling fans on the same call is considered two service calls, not one. Service calls are limited to the number of calls ass

ociated with each plan. Calls in excess of the plan allotted number will be accessed a small charge of $50. The plan coverages are as follows: Basic - 3 service calls per contract term, Gold - 5 service calls per contract term, and Platinum - 8 service calls per contract term. An unused service calls at the end of the contract term are forfeited. The contract term is defined as the date of plan inception through the next 365 calendar days. The contract is renewable on or before the anniversary date of the plan. REC Home Warranty services are non-transferable; the only exception is the sale of the primary residence listed on the application REC Home Warranty services do not include any materials. The warranty plan covers the cost of the labor to install or repair the item on the service call.

Our Story

REC Home Service Plans are provided by appointment only. Our associates will schedule appointments on a first-call, first-serve basis. REC associates reserve the right to determine what calls are an emergency, and will schedule these calls as priority. A service call is defined as one-item repair or installation ONLY. For example, the installation of two (2) ceiling fans on one call is considered two (2) services, and thereby deemed as two service calls. Service calls are limited to the number of calls allowed on Plan levels. Service calls in excess of the allotted number of calls according to Plan level will be assessed a charge fee of $75.00

The annual Plan level coverage’s are as follows:

BASIC PLAN – Three (3) service calls per contract term. All contract terms is for a period of one (1) year.
