For those who don't know me, I'm Jacob Seligman, a veteran-owned contractor with 10+ years of experience in residential remodeling, masonry, and construction. Construction has been a part of my life from a young age, learning the trade from my father, a general contractor with over 35 years of experience.
After serving in the U.S. Army as a Carpentry and Masonry Specialist, working with the Pittsburgh Carpenters Union, and spending years with luxury remodeling companies, I'm excited to bring my experience directly to homeowners throughout Pittsburgh.
Today, I continue to work full-time as a Lead Carpenter while building JR Seligman Contracting and bringing my craftsmanship, attention to detail, and experience directly to homeowners in my community.
I specialize in interior renovations, including kitchen and bathroom remodels, repairs, removal work, and basement finishing. For exterior improvements, I offer chain-link and wood fencing, porch railings, and exterior repairs. I also specialize in concrete work, including sidewalks, stairs, repairs, and removal. I also do a lot of handyman work, no job is too small!
My goal is simple: provide honest communication, quality craftsmanship, and a level of attention to detail that every home deserves.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way. I look forward to working with homeowners in the Pittsburgh area and helping bring their projects to life.
