We have done a little bit of everything over the past month.

—Can lights and pendant lighting over an island
—bathroom remodel (tub, shower, cabinets and the whole nine)
—started another shower
—repaired damage seal under a house and repaired hard wood floors
—a small setting deck
—new columns, shutters and doors
—repaired multiple sheetrock patches

It’s never a dull moment and a fun adventure EVERY WEEK!!

All this talk of businesses not working out and closing in Central Louisiana has us thinking. WE DONT SEE IT!
Central Louisiana has been good to us and we LOVE IT. Including ALEXANDRIA!!

There was ever only one true goal when this business adventure was started 21 yrs ago.
***Create a few good paying jobs for a few folks.***

Over the years we have managed to accomplish that goal through hard work and determination. It wasn’t always easy and it looked like the end was near quite a few times but we never gave up. Just wake up and show up consistently and the rest will work itself out.

It fills our hearts when we have team members be able to buy their first car or buy their first house or go on their dream vacations or even move onto a better opportunity that will benefit them in their future lives. Sometimes it seems like we are a training ground for guys wanting to own their own business but being that person it excites me to watch people grow into successful entrepreneurs.

We have been blessed to have so many great people work with us and we are grateful for the team that we have developed over time. A small business is more like a second family or for that matter our only family in some instances.

There are only 3 real steps to success in a service industry business
1. Answer your phone.
2. Be where you say you will be on time.
3. Do what you say you will do.

My grandmother told me at a young age
“Son, we don’t have money. The only thing we have to offer is our word so you better stick to that”. That stuck!!

We look forward to the many years ahead and hope that we can continue to be a part of the growth of Central Louisiana.

Although we may go through some ups and downs we are not going anywhere any time soon.
