Quick deck remodel job in Wayne, Pa. All trex decking, and new aluminum railing system that the client bought from Amazon. Also trex 12” fascia was installed on this project. We were contacted to look at a hole in the baseboard inside the home. Upon closer inspection it was determined there was significant termite activity, and water damage. We removed the drywall on the inside to find the extent of the damage, and luckily it was confined to below the window area. An exterminator was brought in to kill the termites. We then removed the brick on the exterior, removed all the damaged studs, and plywood. Everything was replaced with new lumber, drywall, insulation, and sheathing. We then proceeded to re-install the brick to wrap up this job. Call us today if you’re experiencing anything like this!

Nice upgrade to this powder room. We tore it down to the studs, ran all new wiring, added a light fixture above the vanity, and added shiplap to the walls. We Installed a new toilet and vanity as well. Give us a call for a free estimate!

Quick 13 square roof job before the rain comes. 40 sheets of plywood replaced since the old was all moldy due to poor ventilation. Also the old plywood was only 3/8” thick and delaminating. We installed Owens Corning duration designer series shingles in Storm cloud color. New Owen’s Corning ridge vent and caps as well. Give us a call for your next roofing project! #

Before, during and after photos of our current kitchen project in skippack which is close to being wrapped up. A pipe burst over the winter and flooded the 1st floor kitchen area, and the whole finished basement. We added all new electrical including receptacles, recessed lighting, and under cabinet lighting. All new cabinets, new countertops, and flooring through out. Homeowners have asked us to now do a new powder room for them, and also new windows & doors! We sure are busy this spring!!!
