Last week, we brought our Foremen and Superintendents together for our Q3 Field Leadership Meeting! 👷‍♂️

We had a great day talking about safety and company culture, with our General Superintendents leading presentations and a special guest joining us to share valuable safety insights. We also took some time for a fun tower building challenge and recognized a few of our field leaders for their outstanding safety performance. 👏

We appreciate our Foremen and Superintendents for showing up, sharing their ideas, and continuing to lead our crews and projects in the field!

Last Friday, we kicked off National Tradesmen Day with a special early morning donut breakfast for our crews before they headed out to their jobsites! 🍩☕️ It was a small gesture to show our appreciation for our hardworking field crews who make our projects possible every day. We’re always grateful for the amazing team we’ve built! 👷‍♂️

Today marks the start of Construction Su***de Prevention Week with the theme "Building on Progress," serving as a reminder of how su***de and drug-related death rates in construction have begun to decline but we still have a long way to go. 🎗️

At B&F, we prioritize our employees' well-being every day. This week, our team and field crews will be actively participating in toolbox talks to discuss the importance of mental health and looking out for one another. We encourage everyone to check in with their coworkers and remember that it’s okay to ask for help.

B&F is proud to partner with ARCO Murray on the construction of a new Prime Data Centers facility ⚡️

Our Dry Utilities Division is installing manholes, pull boxes, primary and secondary conduit systems, site lighting infrastructure, transformers, and the tie-in to the existing substation. This work requires careful planning and precision to deliver the infrastructure needed to support this important facility.

We appreciate the opportunity to work alongside ARCO Murray and Prime Data Centers and look forward to continuing this partnership. Thank you to our hardworking team for their dedication and commitment to delivering quality results! 👏

Helping build a safer Glendale one street light at a time 💡👏

B&F was awarded the Glendale Infill Street Light Project to install 44 new street lights at various locations in the city. Safety was our top priority, and we maintained constant communication with residents to address their concerns.

Despite the project's challenges, our experienced crews successfully completed the work 95 days ahead of schedule through careful planning, coordination, and a comprehensive understanding of APS requirements and City of Glendale's standards. By completing the project before the new fiscal year, B&F provided additional value and administrative savings to the City. ⭐

Thank you to the project team! It was a pleasure partnering with the City of Glendale on this important infrastructure improvement project and look forward to continuing our successful partnership on future projects!
