This plan has been our favorite plan to build the last year. In the last 15 months we have made modifications to this plan to make it an amazing house both visually and practically. The kitchen is both efficient but also eye-catching, and the master bedroom side is one of the best of our plans.

Our custom 4 bed, 2-1/2 bath plan is one of our most popular floor plans. It features 10 ft tall ceilings, a large master suite, bathroom & closet, with large, beautiful windows & patio doors that give you amazing views to the back of your home.

This plan has undergone several modifications to make it one of the most efficient and visually-appeasing homes in our portfolio. The 1,658 livable sq. ft. really feels bigger with the large great room and kitchen area. Three large windows on the rear wall of the great room with the patio door give it an open feel and plenty of views of your property out the back. Split floor plan with a large master closet that buyers will love. We are also in the process of converting this plan's kitchen into an even better looking layout, but several of these plans still on the market that have always had great reviews and comments by our customers.
