You may be hearing a lot about “new refrigerant changes.”

For some companies, that’s a sales pitch.

For us, it’s simply part of the conversation.

Every home is different.
Every budget is different.
Every system is different.

There is almost always more than one path forward:

Fix what’s needed.
Upgrade when it makes sense.
Keep what’s working.
Replace only if necessary.

You deserve options — not pressure.

Your AC can’t breathe if your filter can’t!!!
Most Arizona homes should change filters every:

• 30 days – if you have pets
• 30–45 days – heavy AC use (summer)
• 60 days – mild seasons
• 90 days – low use

Clogged filters:
❌ Restrict airflow
❌ Increase energy bills
❌ Overheat motors
❌ Shorten system life

💙 The Truth About $49 Tune-Ups

Let’s be honest.

There is no way a licensed, insured HVAC company can send a trained technician to your home for $49 and actually perform a proper system check.

Those ads are designed to get in the door.

At Tri State Mechanical, our tune-up is $125 — and here’s why:

✔ It covers the real cost of a trained technician
✔ Full system performance check
✔ Electrical & safety inspection
✔ Refrigerant & airflow evaluation
✔ Honest performance report

We don’t upsell.
We don’t pressure.
We don’t scare homeowners.

We simply tell you how your system is performing and give you options if anything needs attention.

Most of the time?
The system is running to spec and just needs proper maintenance.

We believe in long-term relationships — not one-time sales tactics.

If you want transparency, not tricks… we’re your company.
