Built by people. Built with purpose.

For National Construction Week, we look back at a few of the projects our EOS Builders team has helped bring to life.

Every project represents thousands of decisions, countless hours, and a team committed to getting the job done right.

We’re proud of what we build — and even more proud of the people who build it.

Happy National Construction Week from EOS Builders. 🏗️

Last Thursday, EOS Builders proudly broke ground on The Moreland, alongside an incredible team of partners — , , , and the  Housing Department.

This 5-story, two-phase affordable housing community is coming to Central Phoenix and will bring 132 new homes and a precast parking garage for low-to middle-income families. We’re targeting an opening in January 2028.

This project is a testament to the power of collaboration among public agencies, private partners, and community leaders who share a vision for a stronger, more inclusive Phoenix. We’re deeply honored to serve as general contractor and to help create lasting, positive impact by expanding access to stable, high-quality housing for families who need it most. Together, we’re building a brighter future.

Our first session, led by Evan Oates, focused on crafting resilient plans designed to overcome current and future challenges. This summer, our motto is clear:
"Plan the work, work the plan."

We dove into the construction industry’s key insights, explored the power of planning, and got hands-on with group activities that strengthened our team.

We had an amazing time hosting Career in Construction Day with New Way Academy high school juniors!

Our EOS Builders team opened the gates of our La Victoria job site in Tempe, AZ, giving students an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour of the construction process. From walking the site to exploring industry roles, they discovered the diverse career paths construction has to offer.

It was an honor to share our passion for building and ignite the spark in tomorrow's future builders.
