Dear Customers, we will be temporarily closing from April 11 to May 1st for a Honeymoon in Japan. Apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will not be away for this amount of time again in the future for the foreseeable future.

Replaced poorly, installed steam boiler and badly leaking section of dry return line under porch. System still requires insulation and replacement of an improperly modified steam main serving kitchen addition and rear bedroom.

We hope everyone is prepared for the impending Snow and Ice! ❄️🌨️Reminding those of us with high efficiency furnaces, boilers, tankless and power vent water heaters to keep your intake and exhaust pipes free of snow and ice as well as clutter to prevent the risk of carbon monoxide or loss of heat.

Stay Comfy and Safe during this potentially dangerous storm!

In the process of restoring the steam heating system the bottom left is what happens when you don’t maintain your steam boiler properly. The previous owner had the system poorly installed up against a wall with no access to clean anything including the low water cut off.

There was at least an inch and a half a sediment in the bottom of the boiler, and this mud coating the return pipe where it went into the boiler stay tuned for the final result!
