We were back at another returning Customers home  helping groom their backyard that had got a little out of control. We were able to come in and remove the weeds and trim the Ivy. We also removed large unwanted trees and bushes on the backside of the fence that started to intrude  on their property.

We were back down in the Society Hill section of Philadelphia at this beautiful home built in 1813. The owner had said the Ivy was there since at least the 1970s when he took over the property.

Uncontrolled ivy might look charming at first, but it can quickly jeopardize structural integrity, block natural light, and hide underlying exterior issues. We brought in a crew to tackle this heavy facade clearance, safely stripping back the overgrowth to reveal the clean, classic lines of the building.

Our team safely cleared the heavy overgrowth, revealing the beautiful architectural bones of the property beneath.

Returning customers are the ultimate compliment! We got the call to come back and help spruce up this incredible courtyard for the second year in a row just in time for the holiday. It’s not every day you get to work on a 213-year-old historic home right here in Philadelphia. The courtyard was already spectacular, but it just needed a fresh look to really make it shine.
We jumped straight to work adding vibrant begonias for a splash of fresh color and trimming up the existing greenery. We also removed a few overgrown boxwoods and replaced them with smaller, cleaner Green Velvet boxwoods. To make the most of what was there, we were able to repurpose two of the healthy, mature boxwoods we removed and transplanted them to frame the front entrance of the property. Finally, we tied the whole project together with a deep pressure washing to make that historic red brick absolutely pop!

Backyard and front lawn transformation- we removed large unwanted plants in the front as well as the existing grass and and installed new sod for a fresh start. In the back we were able to grind down a tree stump, cut back some plants off the fence line as well as removing old grass and installed sod.

A Quick soft wash / pressure wash for this patio and walkway to remove the organic matter that had become an eyesore and a slipping hazard. When an area gets sitting water and no sunlight it becomes  breeding grounds for algae to grow. If left untreated it will become a hazard for slips and falls.

These four neighbors were in desperate need of a new fence and some new fence posts and we were able to deliver as promised. We removed the old rotting fence and replace it with new pressure treated pine.
